Dr. Craig Hanson earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, followed by a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University of Washington. While he started the Interventional Radiology Program at Northwest Hospital & Medical Center in 1984, his primary interest has evolved into Breast Imaging. Dr. Hanson has been the Medical Director of the Seattle Breast Center for over a decade, and has lectured locally and nationally on various topics related to breast imaging. He is also the President of Via Radiology. Dr. Hanson enjoys playing jazz piano, road cycling and traveling.
