Dr. Craig Edward Harrison, MD

Dr Harrison is a true artist when it comes to plastic surgery. I highly recommend Dr Harrison and trust his recommendations whether it is for your face or torso. He is considered, kind and has your best interest at heart. There are not enough words to express how wonderful he and his staff are, as they make you feel like you are special whether during a consultation, appointment or post surgery. Thank you very much. One star rating is too much. Buyer beware! In December 2020, I had Harrison do a lower face lift. As a result of the procedure, I ended up with brain edema (fluid on my brain) and was issued to the emergency room for IV steroid treatment that took a week to reduce. Prior to being admitted to the hospital, Harrision suggested possible nerve damage/entrapment on the right side due to the procedure. Therefore, re-opened the area behind my ear to see if the issue. He reported to my caretaker who was with me and in the waiting room, that nothing was wrong. My caretaker taped Harrison in the interest of caution/protection. The brain swelling was estimated to have been there over 8-weeks. It was that long before the neurologist finally asked for an MRI to see why the issue was not resolving. The hospital ran endless tests to see if another cause for the brain swelling. Everything came back clean. TWO neurologists who treated me while in hospital told me it was related to the surgery by… Harrison. Politics of the hospital of course did come into play to a degree, but nevertheless, they confirmed it was related to the procedure. My life has been completely changed to say the least. It took over 4-months to be able to get any relief, but unfortunately not enough to be able to function on my own without help. I lost my business, and am now on disability as well. As I mentioned earlier above, Harrison told my caregiver, NO ISSUE. Well, when I'd reported Harrison to the Medical Board, they came back several months later after investigation, that Harrison stated a nerve issue (still have that letter). Lol, AKA, Harrison contradicted himself and outright LIED. Also noteworthy, I made an appointment to go see Harrison for a follow up in respect to showing him the end result and trying to get an explanation. The girl at front desk made the appointment , then, two days later, I received by certified return receipt mail a formal letter from Harrison stating my appointment was cancelled and if any issue, go the the emergency room. He wouldn't even see me and I was still under his care (still have that letter.) So, for those who feel Harrison is the cat's meow, or have been lucky enough to dodge a potential bullet, I'm happy for you. Staying quiet of my own experience, is not something I'll do however. DO NOT let this man touch you.... my opinion. More than one doctor told me it was amazing I was still alive and that I could easily have had a stroke based on the edema and how long this had been going on. So, be very careful who you choose to cut, nip or tuck. Just because a surgeon is licensed, means nothing so my lawyer told me. Find out WHO licensed them! My lawyer reminded me of Dr. Death (who was here in Texas, now incarcerated) when I told him of my experience with Harrison. These surgeons hide behind the law implemented in Texas, which should never have been, they can pretty much get away with murder. Hope you get my point.... and good luck.

Dr. Harrison is a accomplished physician but in addition to that he listens. I find that in this day and time it is rare to find a doctor that truly listens to your needs and wants. But Dr. Harrison truly takes the time and he has an excellent staff to help with your every need. I highly recommend Dr. Harrison.

When I was a little girl, I would watch my mother and want so bad to look just like her. I watched her walk around with a towel wrapped around her, and think, one day that's how I'm going to look. She was very well endowed and when I did not develop the same way, it was disappointing. 2 kids and 40 years old, it was time to fix that. Third day post surgery after a shower, I was finally able to hold up a towel! I can't thank Dr H and his staff enough. They took such wonderful care of me.

I not only had a wonderful surgical experience with Dr. Harrison but I also got a great results. He gives such individualized attention and his staff is well trained and so helpful. They took great care of me before, during and after my surgery. They helped me meet my goals and I could not be happier. Three weeks post-surgery from a tummy tuck and it feels like 3 months - healing has been quick, results better than I could have fantasized. Great doctor - conscientious and caring. Offered the best treatment out of surgeons consulted and really is a cut above with surgical techniques to reduce pain and speed healing and results. He and his staff really understand patients' needs.

Dr Harrison and his staff are amazing!! He spent over an hour and a half thoroughly discussing all of the pros and cons of my elective procedure. He truly cares about his patients and even prays with them before surgery. What a blessing to know there are surgeons like him out there!!
