Dr. Craig B Marshall, DDS

After over a year of Dental services with Dr. Marshall and Staff they decided one day to double book my periodontal/deep scaling... To start, they brought me back 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the hygienist had me sit in the chair alone for over 20 minutes in my hour scheduled while she went and scaled someone else! That left only 30 minutes to complete the job, NOT ENOUGH TIME! Dr. Marshall's office charged me for a full cleaning and did not complete the work. This is FRAUD! Dr. Marshall comes across to me as one who places his monetary gain ahead of my health care. Dr. Marshall does not like it if your teeth are sensitive and slows down his ability to get work done fast (make quick $$$). He becomes visibly upset with sighs and little fits if you slow him down, which makes a patient uneasy. I will admit Dr. Marshall has good technique, but his bedside manner is severely lacking and there were a few times I wanted to go elsewhere because of this alone. BUT… WHEN YOU STEAL from the patient with intentional incomplete work, that is when the line is drawn. Unfortunately since the charges for the cleaning are minimal, neither my insurance nor the Kansas Dental board wanted to be bothered to investigate Dr. Marshall and staff. The only evidence I have for their misconduct is my poorly cleaned teeth. Now I have to go elsewhere to get the periodontal cleaning done properly and PAY FOR IT AGAIN! Shame on you Dr. Marshall and staff.

I left Dr Marshall and staff 5 years ago due to a move. Now I'm back and so happy to know you are so close and convenient. Vi was my hygeniest and she doesn't just clean your teeth. She gives you a LESSON. (I've been flossing - thanks for the nudge:)) Only negative was that they had a candy jar in the reception area - REALLY?!!...Hoping that is replaced with tatoos or stickers next time I visit. Love your office!

Hygienist and Doctor were great and restore my smile but receptionist spoil everything. Knowingly or unknowingly she confirmed that they accept Aetna Insurance and schedule an appointment but after visit she said they don't cover because thy have PPO and I have DMO coverage. How silly is this. It cost me around $175 where I was not supposed to pay a penny. Anyways, it was a good lesson to learn for me as well.
