Dr. Craig Kevin Moore, MD

Dr. Moore has been our family Physician for almost 40 years - serving family members of all ages. He is a very fine physician who is always available, smart, and most of all very caring. We are very fortunate to have him as part of our life. DGD

Insurance coding error caused me to have a large bill because office staff gave Dr. Moore incorrect information. I don’t recommend this doctor at all. Multiple errors occurred in setting up the visit and subsequent interview and coding.

Dr. Moore and his staff have been keeping my wife & I healthy for several years since recommended by a neighbor. He is kind, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to anything you have to say. He also takes the time to clearly explain his diagnosis and necessary course of action if any. He is obviously not in medicine for the money, but for a true calling to help those in need. If you want a model for what healthcare should look like in this country, look at Craig Moore.

I agree people only end to post when they are offended in some way so I wanted t make sure everyone knows this guy is not like those other comments you are reading. He listens, he empathizes and he cares. My husband has only seen him twice but both times he listened and he acted. He may not tell you what you want to hear but that's not his job now is it? My husband doesn't "do" doctors but he will see this one. My husband has a very real issue and some marked him off as anxious but Dr Moore saw through that, diagnosed him with a very real condition and gave him medication that is working immediately. He also helped remove the stigma of asking for help. We appreciate you Dr Moore!

Dr. Moore has been our family doctor for more than 20 years. He is outstanding in his willingness to listen to patient concerns and to respond in a caring and expert way. His diagnostic skills are excellent, he notices small details that might easily be missed. I never feel that appointments are rushed, or that he is eager to get on to some other patient. Whenever I have been sent for for lab tests, Dr. Moore personally calls me to share the results, and he does it very quickly.

I called this doctor after hours as he was on-call for my doctor. I found this doctor to be a know-it-all who doesn't like to interact with a patient after hours.

It seems most reviewers only take to the internet when they are displeased, and those of us who are happy just stay silent. Dr Moore, his nurses and secretary are gracious, reasonable, friendly, supportive and caring guides to health issues. Our own family has had minor and [ seemingly] major issues. Dr Moore was available at any hour, gave options, explained situations and possibilities and was realistic and fair in his billing. We are lucky to have him as our family doctor.

I visited Dr Moore 6 weeks ago for an injury, he advised me that the injury was minor and should be 4-6 weeks. It has been longer than that now and I have called for follow up and I have yet to receive a return phone call. I called again and still have yet to hear back from the office.Not impressed.

Dr. Moore was the on-call Dr. Friday after work. I called my insurance's nurse line about some worrisome symptoms, and they told me to call the on-call Dr. right away. I called, no one answered, and left a message. An hour and a half later, no one had called me back yet. As my sympoms were still present and not getting better (and I was getting more and more worried), I called again. Dr. Moore answered very curtly. When I wondered if I called the wrong number due to the very annoyed answer, I asked if this was the on-call Dr. for my practice. He rudely answered "This is the emergency after-hours line," as if he knew without speaking to me that my call was not worthwhile. Does that mean he listened to my voicemail and didn't bother to call me back? Or was I just an inconvenience and disruption to his Friday night? Either way, he was the on call Dr. and had a duty to hear patients out. And my symptoms were quite worrisome and most definitely warranted a call to the after-hours Dr. I… cannot believe he made me feel bad for calling. You can bet I won't ever see this uncompassionate Dr. or recommend him to anyone. There are nice, knowledgeable Dr.'s out there. No need to waste your time with this Dr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for a very long time. He is always willing to spend as much time as needed to explain things to me that make sense. He is not in a hurry to get in and out of the exam room. He calls me a home personally with my any test results normally in the evenings. I would recommed this doctor to anyone who is tired of being treated like a number and who wants personal care.
