Dr. Craig Randy Ottenstein

While he may technically be a good doctor, he has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. Rude, arrogant,and condescending. Would not listen when I told him I wasn't doing well with a medication, and I had to check on the internet on how to get off it. Barks orders like he's a sargent. My blood pressure would rise in his office.. no problems with blood pressure after switching providers.

Wish he had a little more time to spend with a patient!

TIme spent is a measure of insurance requirements; Dr. Ott works within an HMO that closely regulates the length of office visits. He is, however, bright and competent enough that he observes and "computes" at a high rate of speed. He always hears, and sees what's being said and how the patient appears, even if he seems to be writing at the same time. He is a high-baller, and his skill and knowledge is up to the mark. Beneath a laconic persona, he is very caring.
