Watch out. The two ladies at the front desk(Patty especially) talk nasty about every patient who walk into the office. They were talking about a patient who called in for insulin. Patty said the patient had nothing better to do and needed get a life. Then I heard them talking about me (as I had an issue with a bill) saying my insurance was out of network and I should go elsewhere. I have been a patient here for years. I immediately asked for my records and waited to speak to the dr. Dr.Perlman came out and seemed like he could care less. Patients were waiting in the hall way due to Covid and overheard my discussion with Dr Perlman and they agreed with everything I said. Shame on the Watch out. Dr asked me not to write a review and hurt his business I advised it wasn’t me hurting his business it was his front staff. I suggest looking elsewhere for Endocrinology Care.

I have been going to different doctors for my Throid condition for the last 2 years and they were not able to figure out what was wrong, I was in such severe pain and was losing hope. Then I went to Dr. Craig Perlman and finally found someone who was able to help me, my pain is gone. This amazing doctor took the time to seek out a solution to my problem and I am ever so thankful to him and would recommend him to anyone. In those 2 years I was seen by 6 specialty doctors and one emergency room visit with no success. One visit to him and after the second dose of my medication the pain was gone. What a great doctor!!! I have been going to Dr P for about 7 years now and have always had a good experience with this doctor. he is 5 stars, however his staff is SO nasty at the front desk... If i was him i would fire them or at least lay down the law... the wait times have increased for sure but he is worth the wait. he has worked well on making me as healthy as i could be! Staff at reception area 0, PAs 5 star, Dr 5 star.

Although the Dr. is caring the staff is not! If you have a disability you should avoid this office because you will get no accommodation for that disability. The staff lacks basic communication skills (and I remember doing much better before all this technology). It is unfair to judge this Dr. by his staff but it is unavoidable, I would rather take the train into the city than put up with his staff....so I will.

CP was once an easy going, caring, compassionate doctor. For the last 2-3 years he has been rushed and is more about referring you to an acupuncture clinic he is partners in, and running dubious tests, than he is about listening or caring. I think he has become all about the money. He seems now to blame having diabetes on me. I didn't choose to have this disease, and it has gotten progressively harder to treat over two decades. I test regularly, take my meds, regularly, and exercise regularly. Beating me up over my a1C numbers only stresses me more, makes me not want to see him, and raises both my blood sugar and my blood pressure.

I have had Hashimotos Thyroiditis Dr Perlman during my firs visit was so thorough. I finally felt maybe I can feel better. Hashimotos is difficult to regulate. This past month my Internest noticed that my thyroud levels had spiked. Dr Frangas my Internist called Dr Perlmanand they consulted. Dr Perlman called me very concerned, he gave me an appointment a.s.a.p. On my next visit he did a Sonograph and ordered a series of other tests. I wont go into what is happening with my Thyroid but, however, I will tell you he is caring and thourough. I feel confident that he will get me back to health. If I call with a concern a return call is made that day or in the case of non immeditae the next day. He is very professional yet personable. His staff are kind and explain what they are doing as well as answer my questions. I am so happy to have found Dr Perlman.

I have been to Dr Pearlman for a little over a year now, everything I go there the wait is horrible, the staff is nasty.. for which I see they get from him. Well today was the last straw, after having to wait 45 minutes in a room I finally asked a staff member if he was ever gong to see me. After that he finally came rushing in and I was fuming. His manners ate the absolute worst,telling me he can't people how the patients talk to him, telling I was rude to him, nowin you I have been waiting for a total of close to 90 minutes for him. I warn you NOW DO NOT waste your time seeing this doctor go somewhere else. See a doctor that knows how to speak to patients and will take his or her time with you to explain everything to you.

After 4 years of not knowing & other doctors not figuring out what was wrong with me, Dr. Perlman diagnosed me in 2 visits & took all the proper labs. I was able to get surgery for the Primary Hyperparathyroidism & now feel 10 years younger thanks to his diagnosis!

Excellent Doctor! I have been to quite a few endo's over the years, and he is by far the best! Knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I can't understand why there would be negative comments. Calls are ALWAYS returned promptly, more than an appropriate amount time is spent during the office visit, and follow-up appointments are always confirmed beforehand. I could not ask for a better Doctor. I have been to other Doctor's offices where I would sit for a minimum for 2 hours waiting to have the honor of being seen by them, so sitting for 15 to very occasionally 30 minutes, is completely acceptable to me. You have to be reasonable in what you want!

At first I thougth he cared. After numerous visits I am rushed thru - looks at blood work - barely unless I specifically asked. I have something wrong with me and he just brushed by when I said I am always sooooooooooo tired- I do have fibromyalgia which I diagonosed my self- His staff is nasty as well.
