Dr. Petry takes a broad view of treatment and uses diagnostics very well. He is adept at a more whole health approach as well as specific issue diagnostics and treatment. His approach is one foot in the wellness camp and one foot in the traditional medical practice. He offers much more than the Doc in the Box practices we are seeing....

Was very degrading to me, Ego is off the charts, implied that I was lying several times about not taking my medication just because test results didn't show an improvement WHICH I DID take the meds as prescribed everyday, mocked/laughed about a comment I made about my weight, dismissed my symptoms as real. I am still shaking my head over this and have never, ever had a doctor act in this manner. Oh, and don't dare insinuate that the meds he prescribed have caused side effects, he becomes very offended. My spouse will not go to him either as well as 3 other personal friends.

I have had the same doctor for years and decided to give Dr. Petry a try. I have had many of the same ongoing problems for more than a decade and Dr. Petry is the first to actually sit with me and discuss issues I have and possibly get them resolved as best as possible instead of the usual its not this or that and just give me meds to get me out the door as soon as possible to move on to the next patient. This was my first visit but so far very impressed.

It is rare these days to find a physician that is the total package. His abilities and knowledge, coupled with bedside manner and relentless work ethic are a true credit to his profession.
