Dr. Richman was so kind, compassionate and thorough. I went to my appointment with my 6 year old daughter, and Dr. Richman was so kind to her. He included her in everything throughout the visit. He also had a great solution to my problem. He is a great doctor.

This was my first ENT visit ever after a severe sinus infection!!! Dr. Richman was attentive, thorough, and, very detailed with his examination, assessment, and, the manner in which to move forward should I encounter any future flare-ups!!! Thank you so very much Dr. Richman. You are greatly appreciated!!!

This is my second visit with Dr. Richman and both times he was pleasant and explained the test results well. He asked questions and listened to my answers to inform his suggestions. I will take a wait and see approach, with confidence that my annual checkup with Dr. Richman will catch any major changes in my hearing.
