I'm new to the area and found Dr. Sater in my insurance network. I went just for cleaning and check up. Preventative care suppose to be free of charge with my insurance. After the cleaning they demanded money from me saying that insurance won't pay entire bill and I will need to pay the difference. I told them to run it through insurance first and if I have to pay something, I will. That wasn't good enough and they kept fighting demanding money. My insurance paid them over $200 for the cleaning. And if you need your X-rays in the future you will have to pay them as well. X-ray already paid for by insurance and belong to the patient. No other dentist ever demanded money from me for the X-rays. Horrible experience.

I would highly recommend Dr Sater and staff! I had to have 4 wisdom teeth taken out and 3 fillings and he did a great job for me! I had decided on sedation to get thru this as I really don't like to have this sort of thing done! Jennifer filed my insurance and everything was taken care of professionally. My son also had a broken baby tooth that they took care of. They even sent him home with a beanie baby.

Dr Sater made me feel very comfortable, he is conservative and gave me 2 choices for my dental options. His office manager Jennifer explained the costs and got me financing with CareCredit. It was a great experience. I love my new smile.

Dr Sater is one of the most compassionate and PATIENT DR I have ever had. He also offers a warranty provided you keep up with your cleanings :) I have never heard of a dentist who does this. I highly recommend him.

I love this place. They helped my autistic son get his wisdom teeth taken out by sedating him. I was very pleased with the whole staff, they helped fill out papers and relaxed him I have been going here for over 15 years and couldn't be happier.
