staff extremely rude, impatient. Doctor cares only about money and cramming as many procedures as possible onto you. Very unethical, unprofessional and rude. Go elsewhere, anywhere else!

The doctor is amazing, he is patient, caring, and understanding. The office staff is rude and inconsistent. I gave 4 stars because the office staff.

scheduling is always good, no long waiting period, staff are all friendly, always have enough time with dr or the P.A., definitely have recommended this office to family and friends

I have been there before it?s an excellent place to go my doctor and his nurses are excellent and well staffed.

I am not sure anyone could properly put into words what Dr. Shalmi, hi OR staff, and Jenna do above and beyond to keep their patients in the best shape they can be. I spent the holiday season of 2017 flat on my back or in agony. Nothing would ease the pain and by the time I got to Dr. Shalmi, I was near the end of my ability to cope at all. This issue took my life over and nearly destroyed my mind; chronic unyielding pain. Thank you from my heart. May all of you be blessed not just during the holidays but always.

I was very nervous about seeing a pain specialist, but Dr. Shalmi made me feel comfortable from the moment he walked in. I felt I could trust him & his decisions. He was very careful in explaining my situation & even used an anatomical model to show me what my situation was and what needed to be done. I felt much more comfortable when I left the office & much more prepared for the procedure he wanted to perform.

Dr. Shalmi has been and is an earth angel. I had lost the use of my neck and was in agony during the winter. After long months and little relief, I sought out his help and from the beginning of the procedures, I started to have relief and finally no pain. That was a life changing event and time for me. I am so very grateful. His assistant Jenna was patient and explained each step as we went forward. Dr. Shalmi kept me informed both before and after the procedures. Seeing hundreds of people and keeping the compassion and genuine care he does, this man is loved by many. I know. I run into other patients all the time. Thank you

Dr. Shalmi is the epitome of an excellent, knowledgeable and compassionate physician. His bedside manners are excellent and he never is remiss when answering any questions I may have. It is very refreshing to know a doctor who takes the time to ?listen? in this hectic bureaucratic environment of medicine.

Couldn't believe how quickly I was seen and treated. Dr. Shalami was thorough, knowledgeable and took his examining me and explaining the treatment I would need. This is the place to go and the doctor to see if you're in pain. My sciatica was treated two days after my initial consultation.
