I was really surprised to see anything less than five stars this doctor is amazing He is extremely knowledgeable and comes with the most compassionate care for his patients had the hardest time of my diagnosis I would’ve had a really hard time getting through without Dr. Smith he still continues to care for my thyroid problems he is my favorite doctor definitely one of the best

We talk about my problems, he makes suggestions, plus he listens to my idea. We come up with a plan and 99.9999% of the time it works. Has great personality!!!!!

Simply no compassion.

Dr. Smith has been very patient and helpful during my thyroid cancer diagnosis and treatment. I gave a lower score for promptness but the reason why is that he spends all the necessary time with every patient he sees. If he is behind schedule, you will get the same great care. He has called me at home at 7:00 at night after putting in a full work day, he took my questions and patiently answered them for an hour. I can not properly express how grateful I was for that in the middle of a very scary time in my life.

Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor! When I left a message for him, he called me right back-however, I was unable to take his call. When I asked if he could call me back at a later time, he called me that evening. This was a doctor that worked all day and yet still found the time to follow up with his patient from home. I have seen Dr. Smith for 4 years and have never felt rushed during appointments. He spends time answering your questions and listening to your concerns.

Watch out!!! this is a very bad doctor, avoid him at all cost, he doesn't seem to know anything and he give very bad advice.

He doesn't tell you about anything and he does not seem to know or do much.
