stay away from him, terrible work, office staff is a nightmare. save your money go elsewhere

He is a horrible dentist. They have a sign on the office door that says “Be afraid be very afraid “. I wish I had listened to that advice.

Everything done in one office. Staff is accommodating. Dr. Spencer is friendly and accommodating. A no nonsense approach. I've been going to Dr. Spencer for years, and have successfully recommended him to many, many friends.

I DON'T KNOW HOW HE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. ALL THE WORK HE DID ON MY TEETH WAS WRONG - HE DID DENTAL WORK ON MY DAUGHTER AND DID NOT PRESCRIBE ANY PAIN MEDICATION - ONLY TO FIND OUT HE HAD LOST HIS LICENSE - CANNOT BELIEVE HE IS STILL WORKING ON PEOPLE - PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU SHOULD CHOOSE TO USE HIM AS YOUR DENTIST.

I should have read this before I trusted Dr. Spencer (so called dentist) to extract teeth and do bottom implants and denture I paid him $4,950.00 for his service and to this day I DO NOT have my bottom teeth or a fitting denture. My extractions were a nightmare I bleed so much not even a piece of gauze was offered to stop the bleeding. By the time I returned home I had used half a roll of paper towels. When I was leaving all they were concerned about was me righting my check. I had two temporary top dentures that didn't fit in fact the 2nd one were so off center that I looked like I had a deformity. Why aren't there any mirrors in your office Craig? I am not sure how long a denture lasts but I think it should be more then 2 years. The top denture which does not fit is chipping I don't think it's right. Craig already removed one post that he calls implant because of a terrible infection. What he did to me was terrible. Imagine removed a crooked implant post with no pain medication. I… never felt so much pain in my life. No antibiotic ether. I haven't had bottom teeth so long I can't even remember. It was such a bad experience that I have cancelled appointments because of fear of the pain he will cause. I suppose who ever is reading this will ask why did wait so long. Well I think I am getting an infection in the other post and I am scared to death. I am a senior citizen and I am forced to go back to this guy.

I really like Dr. Spencer! He has always been professional and has seen me even on emergency on a Sunday. I have had no issues with the care I received.

A year ago I went to Dr Spencer. Biggest mistake of my life. Had a crown replaced which snap off in less then a year. Called to have it fixed was told to come in but they close at 5. I got there at 5:04 and no one was there. Three days later they called me to see if I still wanted it fixed. I have no insurance so after several thousands of dollars later. I now had to have surgery to refix everything he did to my teeth.
