Dr. Craig Scott Vinch, MD

Very thorough!

I was at BIDMC and Dr. Vinch came to see me despite being there for a non-heart condition. He checked up on me after discharge. He knows I am disabled and could not make the follow-up appointment without help. He went out of his way to contact the hospital and have them schedule and help organize transport. Few people care about their patients like him.

I was passing out in the hallway of an office building. Dr. Vinch stopped on his way up the stairs to help me. I thought I'd be ok, but passed out again when I stood up. Dr. Vinch got me to the Beth Israel ER for treatment with IV fluids. Thanks for being a humanitarian and giving a hand to someone in need.

Dr. Vinch took my call about the burning in my chest. He gave me quick advice and told me he'd meet me at my local ER. He did! My EKG was "normal" to the ER but not to Dr. Vinch. He calmed me down and coordinated getting a heart cath to diagnose and fix the acute blockage of an artery in my heart. Despite having a "heart attack", I had no damage to my heart muscle. He kept my family informed and brought world class care and caring to my community hospital.

I was referred to Drs Sloss & Vinch Cardiology by my primary physician. They were able to see me the same day. Dr. Vinch spent an hour with me. We did a simple test to check out my symptoms and I feel great on the recommended regimen. I highly recommend Dr. Vinch and the office.

Dr. Vinch is kind, caring, professional and extremely knowledgable. He spends time, listens and sincerely takes into consideration the entire patient. He sees the whole picture, advocates and is the kind of dr who one would want for themselves and all family members!
