I love this doctor. He addresses the issue and gets right to the point. Great doc.

Excellent diagnosis, surgery and post op.

I have gone to Dr. Weil for my wrist which I broke twice falling (foosh - fall on out-stretched hands) and most recently from a broken radius. I have been very satisfied with the treatment and work done by Dr. Weil. I have found him to be very professional and to have a very dry sense of humor, which some people might see as poor bedside manner. His staff is fantastic. They have good energy and are very positive and supportive. As much as I like the practice, I do hope I don't have to visit again - though if I have arm, hand, or shoulder issues, that is where I will go!

He read an MRI said he saw Labrum and Rotator tear. Did Surgery but did "not" address the labrum, having to go to a real sports doctor to fix the labrum, now another behind and lost another year of eligibility.

First of all, Dr. Weil has the best staff. They took great care of me. Dr. Weil knows his stuff. Some say he has no bedside manner, but he is straight and to the point and I do appreciate that. He takes care of you and has a team around him and also PTs that he refers you to, Mary Smith!, that take care of you and get you healed. Thanks you Dr. Weil!!!

He spends very little time with his patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Weil's for for probably over twenty years. He has operated on both of my hands, broken bones, and carpal tunnel. Both of my shoulders, multiple cuff tears, a Biceps Tenodesis, and multiple rib fractures.. Most importantly Dr. Weil performed a procedure involving a muscle and tendon transfer to stabilize a severe and debilitating injury. He sent me to the Big Names and they all agreed with his diagnosis. Talented and off the charts bright Doctor. If you want hand holding and a Doctor who tells you he can fix everything, Dr. Weil is not your physician. But if you want the truth, an unbelievable surgeon and a man who tells you the when its time to eject and accept your condition, Dr. Weil and his partner Dr. Rick Hammesfahr are the most honest, caring and gifted surgeons. If you believe their is a cold harsh reality diagnosis, you are 100% correct. He is not a cutter. Very conservative in his treatment protocols, operates only when necessary. Do your homework -… the accolades are all earned and deserved.

They charged me $10 for a copy of my MRI??? That nickle and diming technique cost you a lot more in the long run.
