Dr. Craig W White, DO

Dr White is a solid provider. He takes the time to listen to my issues which involve chronic pain management going with my joint disease. His demeanor is friendly and I feel that he takes my opinion into account when coming up with treatment options. He has always given me great referrals for specialists, especially my prior surgeons. I would recommend him as a primary care physician without any reservation.

Started seeing Steve Nov. 2018. He is patient, understanding, respectful and kind. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Craig white is horrible. There isn’t enough space for me to describe just how incompetent and downright nasty this person is. His staff is caustic, combative and resemble Thugs with how they treat people. They don’t diagnose They don’t remember who you are. They are mean spirited and made for an uncomfortable office visit. The dr seemed to be “ In outer space” when he would come in and have my office visit. Appeared to be On another planet. All around he just was an incompetent , nasty man and the employees there are too busy doing nothing. Just bad

I am so grateful that we found Dr. White, where he was concerned and listened to my issues and has helped me in so many ways and free of pain. My husband is now going to him as well and I would recommend anyone that is looking for a good doctor you will not be dissappointed. Its great to be able to call the office when you need to see a doctor and can get an appointment.

Dr White completely ignored one of the issues I came to him with and disregarded what I told him my symptoms were in regards to my other issue. He then prescribed me a medication without asking if i had any of the symptoms that medication was designed to treat.

Worst office staff ever, their office manager is rude. The medical staff couldn't make and accurate diagnosis if they had too. Misdiagnosed 3 people in my family and 2 where cardiac related

Incredible office staff in person and on the phone. It is very easy to talk with Dr. White. He answers my questions and never makes me feel silly.

Iwas a paramedic for six years and have been around alot of DR and now I am a pt of DR. WHITE and him and his staff are second to none.

Does not care about patients well being...he tells you he doesn't know that much about a diagnosis, sends you to a specialist, then doesn't back the specialist. Tells you the specialist is wrong and there's no such thing.

Seen doctor every month and sometimes 2 times a month after I had an accident. He still does not know from one visit to the next why I'm there to see him. We requested to see a really good Orthopedic doctors association in Grand Rapids because the ones he sent me to did not do what they said they were going to do. Then when the car insurance company sent us to their doctor for an evaluation, he sided with that doctor (that only seen me once 2 1/2 yrs after the accident instead of the doctor that had been seeing me for over a year and said the complete opposite of what the car insurance doctor said. He can't remember what he said from one visit to the next and can't wait to give you more pills and has wrongly diagnosed me several times. Trying to find another doctor that will actually care about the patient and not take kick backs from the car insurance company! Only see old people in his office.
