Doctor Wiseman is a wonderful surgeon. I had to get a knee replacement and it all went very well from start to finish. When I had my first appointment with him he listened to me and told me exactly what had to be done. I highly recommend doctor Wiseman.

Dr. Wiseman was very helpful in providing information about my injury. He explained everything very well, took his time, and made sure I left knowing everything I needed to know.

My daughter is a three sport athlete who injured her knee and needed surgery. Although the initial diagnosis was devastating, she became hopeful after her initial consultation with Dr. Wiseman. Her first words out of surgery were "Mom, Dr. Wiseman is so nice." She was so inspired by her journey that she wrote about her experience as personal essay requirement and submitted it along with her college application. As the offers and acceptance letters continue to trickle in, I am grateful that she had the experience of a skilled and compassionate team. There are not many doctors that can restore your physical and mental health at the same time.

I’ve had both knee replacements done by Dr Wiseman and he is so caring and compassionate and really listens to my requests. His staff is patient and courteous and he even has a special staff person in the hospital who was vital in my post surgery.

Dr wiseman is very nice, but the staff at golden state and the nurse, michelle mercer have been horrible. I reached out for help multiple times and michelle made everything worse. I regret ever going to golden state ortho. Carmen the “office manager” does nothing to help.

My left shoulder was in terrible shape due to a botched joint replacement job from years ago by a different physician. Last July, Dr. Craig Wiseman performed the first of three surgeries that, very literally, saved my life. I met him in the Emergency Room in July 2022 with an acute infection and sepsis. When I say he “saved my life,” I was on the brink of total disaster, and he saved me. I have experience dealing with many, many doctors over recent years, for one thing or another. As a patient, I have come to know Dr. Wiseman and found him to be always caring, always kind and sensitive, a good and very clear communicator, and the consummate professional. As a hospital patient he showed up practically every day to check on me. As an office patient, although I typically I have to wait, his feedback, instructions, and encouragement are all worth the wait. On a scale of 1-10, Dr. Wiseman is a solid 10. I recommend him highly.
