My appointments with Dr Arena have always been positive. She explains everything to me and is always upfront with my appointments. She is such a pleasant person to talk with and answers my questions and makes me feel at ease.

Dr. Arena and her staff were very helpful as I need to have cataract surgery. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.

My visit with Dr.Arena could not have gone any better.When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile and that continued the entire time I was there.

Dr Arena is, in my lowly opinion, an excellent physician with a superb staff

After fitting me in with very short notice to treat an severe chalazion, she agreed to drain it. After two very painful failed attempts to numb the area, she continued with the treatment, which comprised clamping the lower eyelid and cutting it to promote drainage. She made it clear to me that it was my fault the numbing didn't work because I squirmed when she attempted to put a needle in a very sore spot on my lower eyelid. When I made her stop because it hurt too much, she said nothing to comfort me, appeared annoyed, packed up her things and walked out. Horrible experience.
