Do not let the positive reviews fool you. This has been the worst dental experience of my life. This dentist completely ruined my tooth, and the trauma from the experience still affects me. I’ve been dealing with pain for over a year because of the poorly done crown she placed—not once, but twice. Mateo advised for me to get surgery due to her pulling out my first crown and irritating my gums. I got the surgery came back and it still became worst. When I returned for my appointment today to have the faulty crown removed, she refused to take it off, even though that was the entire reason for my visit. She told me I needed to make another appointment. I was shocked—this was my appointment. I’ve spent so much money here, only for my condition to worsen. I’m still in pain, and now I have to seek help elsewhere to fix the damage. I deeply regret ever coming here, and I strongly advise others to avoid this practice.
