My whole family and I are longtime patients at Advanced and can attest to the utmost professionalism and compassion of the whole staff. Dr CC is so meticulous that she has correctly diagnosed things that my internist missed, urging me thankfully to followup. She takes her time and truly listens to our concerns, including costs. She prescribes suitable generics or gives samples whenever they are available. I can't say how grateful I am that the kind and dedicated staff at Advanced is taking extra precautions to put patients first and flatten the curve. Many of us with underlying conditions still need in-clinic treatment and have vulnerable extended family members at home. Like most Americans, I pray for all healthcare workers and their families who are putting their own health at risk to serve people like me. God bless you all!

Do not go to this lady!!!! She has obvious mental health problems. Was completely panic stricken in the midst of this COVID crisis. Completely alarmed my 2 and 7 year old. I have lupus so I get being concerned and cautious. But, if you are emotionally unstable during these times, close your door until you are ok!!!

I scheduled this visit 2 weeks in advance. This doctor has mental health issues. I am a psychologist. It’s apparent. When attempting to enter her office, we (my son and daughter and I) the receptionist appeared to be in a panic. Come to find out, the other two women who could see, were the doctor and I believe another receptionist. They appeared to be in a panic even more so. They wanted myself and my 2 children to wear protective masks. The doctor said she had to reschedule my 7 year olds appointment because my daughter (2!) couldn’t come in. I insisted she see my son. Not only had be waited 2 weeks for the appointment, complained of itchy throat and eyes for 2 weeks... no one EVER informed me that I was not welcome to bring my daughter. She could’ve easily stayed home with my mother!!! Them reacting in such a panicked way alarmed my children. I was so upset. I didn’t want to reschedule. My son was entitled to be seen by a so called professional! My daughter attempted to walk in and… they all literally screamed because she didn’t have her mask on. When the doctor finally agreed to see my son, they insisted my 2 year old WAIT IN THE LOBBY... with someone I never met in my life before. One of the more anxiety ridden receptionists had the nerve to not even have on HER mask. Eventually she saw my son. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this woman. I have lupus. I currently have a blood clot in my left lung. I get being cautious and concerned. I have been from the moment I was diagnosed 15 years ago! A doctors duty is to first do no harm. Until this doctor treats her obvious mental health problem, she will continue to do harm psychologically to others. I go to the doctor all the time. I have never witnessed this kind of behavior. If you are that uncomfortable with seeing patients during the COVID19 crisis, even though you have a full mask on AND require your patients to wear masks, shut your doors until this passes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The entire office staff and doctor is most helpful and pleasant.

Dr. Cotronei and her staff are professional and very friendly. Specialists from another state did not test adequately to determine that I do, indeed, have allergies. I was treated far better at the office of Dr. Cotronei. The testing was far more detailed and several allergies were discovered. Treatment has been excellent. And there is no wait. I recommend Dr. Cotronei to anyone who has allergy symptoms that are not being treated or are being inadequately treated.

She is very professional and is easy to speak with and really knows her specialty. The office staff is very easy to converse with and very pleasant. One feels very comfortable with the whole office.

Exellent doctor with a great staff. She will take last minute appointments when needed.
