Dr. Cristina Mai Covert, MD

She curtly informed me that she couldn't prescribe the medicine I need because she is working from remote and it's too inconvenient for her to prescribe. Absolutely deaf to patient needs and concerns and non-empathetic and robotic in her manner. Not only didn't listen, help or care but compounded my problems by creating even more hoops for a sick person to jump through. Worst doctor I've seen in years. I would've been far better off not trying to seek help at all than getting "helped" by her.

Will never go back to her.

my experience with Dr Covert was one of mixed feelings . I am sure she is a good doctor however I don't agree with her telling her patients that pain medicine is bad for you and tylenol is superior to all else for pain because it is not a narcotic. I do realize there are doctors out there who are afraid to prescribe anything when a patient is in pain however telling them to take something that has been recalled is just bad business and to act as if your pain is not really an issue is not right at all .
