No regard for appointment times and offers nothing more than a rushed visit and a med check. If you are a nonresponder you just get pushed to another doctor. Do not waste your time here.

She's nice enough. I don't feel like she always listens to me about my concerns. It's very frustrating.

Dr Toba was not a good listener and seemed more concerned with validating her diagnosis of what she thought was "wrong" with me rather than listening to my needs and concerns. Visits to her office were a frustrating power struggle. I have a background in psych and saw her for four of visits (each visit a battle) before finding a doctor with a more suitable demeanor. She is a clock watcher so you can expect visits to start late and to rushed to finish.

Has trouble understanding what patient is saying. Frequently interrupts. Teases at inappropriate times.
