Went once and never returned. Not a good experience.

Calm, confident,doesn't sugar coat and is very candid and transparent.Will hold the patient accountable and doesn't like to waste time.Someone insecure, or highly egotistical may be easily offended by his confidence,and knowledge.Personally ,he's been a great motivator and Coach and treats the whole body which includes discipline and boundaries .Never had a negative experience in three years.Look forward to every visit.The man is brilliant.

I have a Cardiac history. On my first encounter Dr Rosario was aware of this. I needed a referral for a Cardiologist that I did not receive, they called a week later for me to come and pick it up. In the meantime when I left his office I went to my daughter's house, which is 5 minutes away. Shortly after I got their I passed out and my daughter called 911. They took me to the nearest hospital because the one my daughter suggested was further and she was told that I would not make it there. Long story short I went into a lethal rhythm called Torsade's. I was admitted to the Critical Care Unit ended up with a Cardiac Catheterization and they placed a Stent in my artery causing this issue. Dr Rosario ignored my request and I could have died when I passed out, thanks to my daughter who is a critical care nurse she handled the situation. If i passed out while I was driving I could have killed someone and I also would not be here today. Dr Rosario is arrogant, his last remark to me was that… I wanted to prove him wrong. I didn't really understand that remark. I would never recommend him to anyone. I thank God I'm here today.

This medical doctor is very special. I have been with him for years. He cares, is down to earth and human, listens and comes up with treatment plans. The office is also kind and professional. The place is clean and modern. I can recommend this doctor.

Such an arrogant doctor! He could care less about you. He did not listen to me and made me feel like a child. He was very condescending. Changed my medication that I have been on for over 20 years and said I do not need it. Yet my Urologist that has OVER 30 years experience said that I should never be off this medication because of my stomach. I would never recommend this rude & obnoxious doctor!

In Tampa Road office the Staff are very nice and kind but the New Port Richey Staff are the opposite special the referral coordinator don't have any professional skills. She have to take a training how to treat persons.

Dr. Rosario is a straight shooter. He has always had a sense of urgency in dealing with my husbands heart issue, and has EXPEDITED his progress from day 1. He had returned our call from the hospital immediately. He's on the ball and energetic for sure and has the patients best interest at heart, takes time to explain the circumstances, and does not cut you short. If we need a referral, he takes care of it. He' s a likeable guy and in our judgement a good doctor.
