Dr. Crystal Thamer Ajja

This was our second visit with Dr. Ajja, and unfortunately, I left with the same concerns I had after our first appointment. My biggest concern is her bedside manner. I don't feel she interacts comfortably with young children, which, in my opinion, is one of the most important qualities in a pediatrician. During our visits, she seemed more clinical than personable, making it difficult to feel at ease. I also found her communication style to be unsettling. When discussing concerns, her choice of words often came across as alarming rather than reassuring. As a parent, I expect a pediatrician to explain concerns honestly while also providing context and reassurance when appropriate. Instead, I leave each appointment questioning everything about my child—even things that are otherwise completely normal. In addition, the office is very difficult to reach when questions or concerns come up between appointments, and the patient portal feels outdated and isn't particularly… helpful. Overall, our experience has not been what we were hoping for, and I would not recommend this practice based on our experience.

Easy to talk to her about health issues. Office staff work well together. Seen in a timely fashion.

Very easy to talk to and is truly caring about her patients. Knows what she is doing. Her staff is also fantastic.

I felt she was very nice and easy to talk to, but did not totally listen to me. She had a few comments that did not sit well with me that I did not feel were appropriate. Almost as if questioning my past and current Doctors. I trust a specialist first, don’t question them. Very nice, but odd comments.

Dr Ajja is fantastic! I am typically uneasy when it comes with doctors offices, but Dr Ajja you in and out quickly!

Easy to talk with about items. She asks good questions to cover all bases. Great, overall experience with her.

She is a wonderful doctor. Listens to everything you say and asks important questions.
