Dr. Crystal Heatherman Bastin, MD

I have been with Dr. Bastin for over 20 years. I love her and her staff. Much of her staff has been with her almost as long as I have been. She always has a smile on her face a great bed side manner and is always concerned for her patients. She is generally spot on with her diagnosis. I don't always like what she tells me, but she gives it to me straight and honest. I would not have stayed with her all these years if I didn't think she was a great doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Bastin for about 4 or so years now and she is great. Both her and her office staff are very friendly and professional, and she takes the time to listen to any and all concerns, and finds the best possible solution for each problem or concern. I am very glad to have her as my Doctor!

When I retired and my wife and I moved into the area we needed a new family physician. My previous Dr. highly recommended Dr. Bastin. Upon my first visit one of the first questions she asked me, after reviewing my previous health records, was when was the last time I had a stress test and who my cardiologist was. I hadn't had a test in quite a while and I no longer saw a cardiologist. She immediately contatcted the one who was then in the same buliding where she was at that time. I managed to get in quickly, had my stress test and was treated with excellent care which eventually led to by-pass surgery. I have always given her credit for potentially saving my life. She has been an excellent family physician for both my wife and I over the years since. She comes highly recommended by both of us.

I hate most doctors but i love her shes everything i could ask for

Always diagnoses the illness or condition when a specialist is needed she refers us to the best specialist, she follows up with us she cares about her patients.

Types the whole time of visit....No physical exam performed...extremely rude and no personality....did not address my propelling wanted to order maintenance tests....terrible physician...

I find Dr. Bastin to be up-to-date on treatment methods, medications, and everything that makes a physician reliable. Her staff is more than courteous and the waits aren't too long. She spends as much time with you as needed. She listens to YOU when you have suggestions about your own symptoms and care. I've had several family doctors over the years, but none better than her.

I have been a patient with Dr. Bastin for over four years. I find her to be very caring and would rate her the best physician I personally have ever been to. I work in the insurance industry with several providers offices and her office staff (especially Sarah) have always went out of their way to help me with any special needs or requests. They are the greatest.
