Dr. Crystal Dawn Lagalle, DO

I would advise anyone seeking care avoid this woman. She somehow took over the practice of a simply amazing Dr who csred for his patients like family. This woman is the polar opposite of him her arrogant condescending approach to healthcare will result in bad outcomes. , Her patient population is primarily elderly , and they hate to cause trouble so she gets away with behaving horribly and dangerously. Thank god my siblings and I are involved in their care and intervened. I will be praying for those patients who see her who have no one to advocate for their best interest. She is a disgrace to her profession

Her diagnosis was on point - she'll spend hours with you to get to the bottom of your illness.

I have been searching for a compassionate, caring and knowledgeable pcp and she has demosntrated all of the above and beyond. She listens to all my concern and stays with me until all my questions are answered. She always has availability to answer my questions over the phone and go over things I might not understanding. I recommend this dr 110% she will go above and beyond.

Terrible bedside manner. She callef me a liar admitted she was wrong with no apologies, then told me to find another doctor when I questioned her for not reading all of my records she branded me as non compliant. Never cracked a smile. She has a hard time with compassion its obvious.
