Receptionist was terrible! Called the office and the receptionist answered the phone as if she was answering a personal call on her cell phone! Food for thought: using proper telephone etiquette is imperative! It represents the office or department. It also leaves a favorable or unfavorable impression you (receptionist), the office staff, and the doctors in general!

Dr. McGinty is an excellent doctor. I am trying to find her new office. She pays attention to detail and discovered that I was extremely ill. Her attention to detail assisted her in detecting a life threatning illness. It is very hard to find doctors like her. This is why is am looking for her new address.

this was my first visit to the doctor after leaving my original internal medicine doctor of 20 years due to VERY LONG waits, mediocre office care and no follow up. Also, the doctor did not spend much time diagnosing my problem at all and usually just gave me a prescription. BUT, now that I have found Dr McGinty, I believe that experiences in these areas will be MUCH, MUCH better.Note: I rated the doctor a "1" to mean NA since there was no category as such since my next scheduled appointment is next is on next Monday.
