As children, we are not necessarily in control of our childhood and experiences but as adults we can control our adulthood and make it what we chose too. Adults, adolescents, and children can re-learn maladaptive behaviors by developing appropriate self-regulations skills with practice and intentional implementing.
I have worked with all ages and demographics using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. I am available …via teletherapy throughout the State of Texas and in-person sessions option for those residing near Amarillo, Texas.
