I work with teenagers 14 and up, and young adults on a variety of topics. My passion is helping people heal from their pasts and start creating the future that they have dreamed about living. Connection is very important to me and I quickly and easily connect to my clients. I strive to create a caring and comfortable environment where you feel safe to explore whatever you choose to explore.
My counseling approach is based on the idea that everyone struggles and needs support at different times in their lives. I have a lot of experience working with trauma, and I'm trained as an EMDR therapist, which is a research based approach to healing trauma. The other areas I am experienced in and passionate about are depression, self harm, suicidal ideation, and helping people change their negative patterns of behavior to their desired behaviors and outcomes.
