Crystal Wade, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC

Crystal Wade, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC (Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner–Board Certified), is the founder of Hypermobility Hub and a seasoned nurse practitioner, patient advocate, caregiver, and person with lived experience of hypermobility and connective tissue disorders. Motivated by years of diagnostic uncertainty and personal experiences supporting family members with connective tissue disease, she created Hypermobility Hub to accelerate accurate diagnosis, compassionate care, and better outcomes for people with generalized hypermobility spectrum disorder (G-HSD), undifferentiated connective tissue disease (UCTD), and related conditions.

An orthopedic trauma–trained clinician with 11+ years of experience in orthopedic medicine, trauma care, and regenerative therapies, Crystal provides in-home regenerative treatment options through Thrivelab in Jacksonville, Florida. She is also an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University. Crystal participates in the Ehlers-Danlos Society ECHO programs and pursues continuing education through international EDS organizations to stay current in connective tissue disorder care. Her combined perspectives as clinician, mother, caregiver, and patient drive a patient-centered approach that prioritizes informed, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment.
