Arrogant and condescending Hope Kaiser administration realizes this

Arrogant or detached ( or both) Lacks compassion ( did not manage pain associated with humerus fracture… not even a Tylenol, three excruciating hours…..) Shame on you Curtis He has a very poor understanding of compliance issues, intent/utilization and practice Probably should have gone into finance or anything else

I was very favorably impressed. He ran a logical exam: He asked a question, then followed my answer with logical testing which lead to more logical questions. He was very conscientious. He had equipment brought into the room to test my reactions to a procedure. His explanations and recommendations were very clear and understandable. I was very comfortable and relaxed working with him. I am going to request a transfer to him as my primary. This was my first visit with Dr. Buck. I have not had any Follow Ups, however I marked it 5 stars because I did not want to put anything lower there. The questionnaire should have a "Not Applicable" box at this location.

I felt like Dr. Buck did not want to listen to some of the things I had to say. When asked about on-going symptoms with a specific issue his reply was, "there is nothing there and don't over think it." Really? I wonder if he would feel that way if he were the one feeling the symptoms. Next patient please$$$

Seemed a little arrogant, I felt like he wasn't really listening to my concerns and he seemed like he didn't really care. Not the kind of person I would like as my primary care personally but he might fit with other personalities.
