Very unprofessional

This office doesn’t even have a secretary. The doctor will see multiple patients at once and is very un attentive. His equipment looks to be from the 90s. On top of that, he told me my spine was misaligned so I got an MRI and it looks nearly perfect.

Dr. Clow’s e-stim machine caused me a great deal of pain and apparently was the reason why I tore a muscle in my upper back. Dr. Clow turned the intensity up too high and then left the room for 20 minutes to joke around with a lady and her kids. He then came back and asked how I was, when I told him I was in pain he said “ok.” I started going to Dr. Renk instead....

I was a patient of Dr. Clow for about two weeks. My chief complaint was back pain from heavy lifting....he recommended I come in once a week for "stem therapy" and a weekly adjustment. Stem is an electric machine that sends jolts of electricity to your back.... I found it to be very uncomfortable. Even with a hot towel on my back it didn't do any justice and just felt like a bad massage. The adjustments did seem to help at first but I felt Dr. Clow was applying too much pressure instead of focusing on my whole back. There were a few times he would leave my lying on my face while he spoke on the phone or helped another patient for about 10 minutes, while my sessions were only 30. Overall I don't think Dr. Clow is a friendly chiropractor or a very good one. I'd advise to try another chiropractor, there are dozens in Cranberry alone!

Dr. Clow made a near fatal mistake during an adjustment, and caused me to have a stroke

Went to see this chiropractor for chronic neck pain, and he snapped a muscle in my neck. Now my pain has quadrupled

Dr. Clow was my first experience ever with a chiropractor. He evaluated and treated my needs in 2008. I did well for a very long time until I discovered my insurance was not paying him and I could not afford "out-of-pocket. I go with least invasion treatment options available to me and I was deeply grateful to be treated at his practice in Cranberry. Thank you Dr. Clow. My activities of daily living were much improved because of you.
