Dr. Curtis O Dalili, MD

Husband and I made new patient appointments about a week apart and definitely saw a huge difference in unethical behaviors, non-standard practice and fraud billing and diagnosis coding. The office is inconsistent and one day they take payment and the next day they don’t – literally! The doctor saw me on day and the front desk does not take copays that day. The next day (24 hours later) they saw my husband and they take his copay. But their office practice noted on their portal and website states payment must be made at time of visit. No idea?! No answers. New patient appointments were billed with different codes and different costs. Along with charging me for things that I was never told about and they did not put this on my husband’s record to no alert anyone who may pull it career wise. He was told that directly by the doctor also it was because of his career. Doctor is rude, uncaring, puts a stigmatism on your permanent record and bills inconsistently and hides charges or… diagnosis for some but will label others. And don’t make an appointment after he comes back from vacation, his attitude and non-caring attitude will get worse. My husband literally came with me on my appointment day and could not believe what he saw in the doctor against me. The doctor didn’t even recognize him either (the nurse did – she is excellent) and he went back the next day and didn’t even realize my husband was just with me the day before – the nurse was almost laughing! Sick that a doctor and practice would allow this and they should be shut down!!! Horrible Horrible unethical and fraud happening behind those doors. I would hate to think how many patients have no idea they are being labeled in their medical records and charged for items to their insurance that they should not be. Stay far away!!!

Immediately after being admitted to Encompass Rehab Hospital May 7, 2020 (following back surgery at Cleveland Clinic VB-Dr Roberti May 5, 2020), Dr Dalili introduced himself. I told him of my concerns that my left leg was hard, tender to the touch, pulling in the calf area (only my left leg). He told me the more I exercise, the quicker the swelling will go down. Every time I saw him (many times during the week) I told him there was no change in my left leg & he said he wasn't concerned. The swelling will go down. So, because he is a doctor, and because he should know better, I listened, and put everything I had into my therapy sessions daily. Dr. Dalili was always patient, compassionate, but never thought for one moment that there might be an issue that needs addressed. I even asked the RN's to reach out to my surgeon or primary care doctor, but they never did. I was released May 16, 2020, & on May 17, 2020 at Cleveland Clinic Emergency, I was diagnosed with a blood clot in the… lower left leg. I am writing this now because this has thrown my whole life in a tailspin. I was put on Eliquis immediately, but to date (Sept 16, 2020) I am still having serious issues, all because Dr. Dalili failed to see the obvious. Instead he took the easy path and I am left to suffer because of this. This will never happen to me in the future because I will BE MY OWN ADVOCATE. I will not ask, I will just do it myself. I could not get Dr. Dalili to take me seriously. I could not get the RN's to take me seriously. Shame on me for depending on them. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Dr. Dalili, do not do this to other patients. This could have gone horribly wrong. I was doing as you instructed, when, in doing so, if this blood clot has dislodged, I would not be here to write about it. The Therapy staff at Encompass was excellent. Each therapist was dedicated to their profession and to their patients and it showed. I woke long slacks daily, and because Dr. Dalili said this was "something normal" I never brought it up to the therapists.

Dr. Dalili is a processor not a caring Doctor. I would not recommend him.

Went to Dr Dalili last year for check up my total bill was 108.82 . Went back this year saw Dr Dalili for 5 min my bill was 334.20

Dr Dalili called me on Christmas day. However medication perscribed did not help spent 8 calls to his office 8 messages to his nurse no one took 5 minutes to understand. At 4pm I reached Melissa the only person to read the chart and listen to a patient in trauma. People in trauma after an accident go to their doctor for help not lectures and not loss of dignity by having to call the office for 8 hrs. Melissa fixed it a but the lack of staff attention added to my trauma. Not decent.

Undoubtedly the worst Doctor my husband and I have ever had. You are nothing but a number to him. He cares only for himself. He doesn't deserve to be called a Doctor.

This Doctor is with out a doubt a wonderful man. From scheduling my appointment to the nurse and most of all his staff. They are wonderful!

My second visit today. I had to change Drs due to HMO Medicare. I felt thoroughly checked! He is succinct but Ido not want lectures and guilt trips!ð???

Dr. Daily does not listen to your concerns and does not seem to be interested in finding a diagnosis for your symptoms. He is quick to dismiss your concerns with excuses like "well that happens when we get older" .....If you are concerned with your health DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DR. DALILI!

Dr Dallili is probably one of the most arrogant, self centered, and uneducated doctors I've ever seen. He did not listen to me when I told him my ankle had been swollen for more than a month and told me to "walk it off". Later to find out I had a fracture, in my foot. On another visit, I had come to him with complaints of a sore throat and fever. Yet again, he told me to get some over the counter cough medicine. Come to find out, I had a very serious infection after a trip to the emergency room 12 hours later. I am currently in the middle of litigation with this jerk, and hopefully will put him out of business forever.
