Dr. Curtis Drew Johnson, DO

They charged me and of course the insurance for service and never had. And they send the charges to a collection company. When I went to the office they said they will fix the issue, but they never did because it's an admission that they are stealing the insurance. I called they never answer when they see my number. Dr. Curtis Johnson tall like sale person not a doctor. Don't go the that office you may regret it!

I've been going to Dr. Johnson since 2016, primarily for ear and vertigo problems. Dr. Johnson immediately puts me at ease. He is knowledgeable and caring. The office is friendly and efficient. Also, a big plus is that I never have to wait more than a 5-10 minutes which shows a big respect for the patient's time.

Charged for unasked extra service. I went in for a canker sore in my mouth. A doctor from this office was told of my problem. He right away stated he needed to look into my ears and nose. He informed me I had deviated septum and ear wax. He removed the wax, then examined my canker in my mouth. He told me it looked fine and asked if I could enroll in a oral cancer study! When I went to pay upon exit I was told in addition to my 60 dollar co pay, I would be charged another 61 dollars for the ear and nose exam. I spoke to my insurance provider and they informed me that the doctor should have informed me of any additional exam charges. I was in the exam for less than 15 minutes, you would think the copay and the 175 dollars the ins. company, Unicare, paid, would have been enough. Beware!

In this changed medical field, I was so surprised to go to this wonderful Dr. He had all the fine qualities of the old time Dr.'s. He was on time, friendly, polite, humorous and helped me for what I went to him for. It was a pleasure and I thank you, Dr. Johnson!

I go to Dr. Johnson for an ear infection he doesn't clear it up I have to go to another doctor the second doctor tells me of the cancer I have in my ear skin cancer which Dr. Johnson Didn't tell me Then after $75 co-pay and my insurance paying the rest supposedly I could build another $45 he didn't have the decency to show formalities when he came in like hello

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one. I came in with chronic congestion and bloody noses. I suspected I may have allergies, so I looked for an ENT by reviews. Dr. Johnson had good reviews and was near my office. Well, I went in to see him. Within two minutes of meeting him he stuck cotton up my nose to where I could barely breathe and said this was open up the nose so he could see, and then he left the room while this happened. Meanwhile I couldn't breathe and was concerned.He looked in there and diagnosed me with allegries. Said there was no point in going for allegry tests, they weren't practical. Just gave me nasal sprays and barely gave me any time explaining what they were.As of two months later, sprays didn't help. I found another ENT. Turns out, this ENT was in his same practice group. So when I went into the new ENT, they had record of me. New ENT tells me, I see according to Dr. Johnson's notes in your file, you have serious structural problems in your… nose, which means you have a deviated septum. That was news to me! Dr. Johnson NEVER felt the need to tell me that important fact....that I had a deviated septum. New doctor also said he disagreed about allergy tests and felt they were very helpful. He sent me immediately to an allergy testing center where I was diagnosed to 8 different allergies. One of which was dust, which I have been able to help by taking certain measures around my home to prevent the dust.Under no circumstances would I recommend Dr. Johnson. I am horribly shocked by the level of unprofessionalism. As a professional myself, I would never conduct my practice that way.Report Abuse
