Excellent MD. Timely, and wants to provide fair honest care. I asked him about the review on line. He said in the real world, many patients, unfortunately have treatment, then evaporate. When they have deductables, they don't follow through with payment. It's unfortunate, but reality. I stand by my rating and give him 5/5, and have had excellent results.

Dr. Lockhart was going to do unnecessary laser surgery on my vein. A week before I was suppose to have the procedure his office called and stated that he could not do it unless he has $500.00 up front. My past and present medical insurance reps. stated that that is unethical for a physician to do this. I had my husband pick up my records and his secretary stated that that was his policy. My husband stated that we could of paid it but we do not even want to deal with him. She was very condescending and agreed with everything my husband said to get rid of him. well thank God I did not have the surgery. I found out today that there was nothing wrong with the vein and that it would of been permanently destroyed for nothing. He probably started this policy when the government started getting into the insurance business, but that is not an excuse. He is letting his greed take over the oath he took on as a physician to take care of patients first. It is appalling that this goes on but that is… life. Independent doctors can get away with these things because there is not enough regulations to keep them in line. Please, as they say! ''Buyer beware''! Make sure if you ever go to this doctor your in a position to get a second opinion because if he takes something out of you unnecessarily it is permanent and he will not have any remorse about it.
