Dr. Curtis John Read, DO

Dr. Curtis Read is a family medicine physician who earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. With 12 years of experience in family medicine, he provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Dr. Read speaks both English and Spanish, helping him connect with a diverse patient population.

Dr. Read practices at multiple Patient First urgent care locations throughout Maryland, including Glen Burnie, Annapolis, Odenton, Clinton, Silver Spring, and Germantown, as well as University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center and UM Laurel Medical Center in Laurel, Maryland. He is also affiliated with Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. His clinical focus includes treating common conditions such as upper respiratory infections, influenza, and viral infections. Dr. Read performs diagnostic procedures including COVID-19 testing, rapid strep tests, and urine ketone testing to help quickly identify and treat patient concerns.
