The doctor is a common sense doctor that takes excellent care of his patients. I was checked in and seen in a timely matter. great experience with doctor and staff

After calling several times, I was told my lab results were normal. I requested these results directly from the lab and see several concerns, including high cholesterol. Also, any dr. who places his payment concerns over his patient's needs isn't for me.

Great doctor to read blood word and checking you with stethoscope.Also always have long wait to see doctor .Staff does not return call .Been seeing him two years .

Dr. Story is the worst doctor I have experienced and anyone I have asked (many including hospital and nursing home staff) have never had a good word to say. Avoid at all costs!

I waited for over 45 minutes alone in an examining room without understanding why there was such a delay. I went to the receptionist's desk to find it empty. Felt abandoned, so I left.

Dr. Story is a decent Dr. BUT... He needs to get a better staff. I left numerous messages for Becca to return my calls about a bill. It is over a year, the bill has gone to collection and she still won't return my calls. She needs to be fired.

Cant get the office staff to return phone calls regarding bills and payments. Cant get my bill explained to me for this reason. Ended up just paying so it didn't get sent to collections. Called and emailed with no replies or call backs. Such a good doctor to have such poor office staff. Nurse didn't know how to prep for Papsmear and they don't call you with the results either

Dr. Story is a refreshing change from many physicians I have seen over the years. He really listens to what you have to say, and always offers the best advice. He will take his time with you so you never feel like he is rushing through the visit or just going through the motions. He is very good at reviewing current medications and offering alternative options. I called after hours recently expecting to get an answering service, but he personally answered the phone! Very friendly staff, clean office, convenient location. I have been going to him for a couple years now and am very pleased.

Never had a doctor refuse to see self pay patients.

I am very pleased with my choice of physician. The entire staff was kind and helpful.
