Dr. Curtis William Taylor, MD

Dr. Taylor is very quiet but thorough and to the point. I like this about him. I want straight answers to my questions. I never seem rushed at my appointments. His exams have been thorough. I am not rushed into medications and when I am prescribed medication it is explained why and how I need to take the medication as well as what to expect while on the meds. I sincerely feel comfortable with the care I have been given.

I was forced to see him because my primary Dr. was unavailable. He has absolutely no bedside manner and acted as though I was inconveniencing him. He walked in the door, never introduced himself, although I had never met nor been treated by him before. He never smiled, was completely unengaged and didn't thoroughly examine nor ask enough questions to ascertain my situation before prescribing a new medicine. He acted disinterested and dismissed my questions. My blood sugar was high and he didn't address it nor tell me what to do, just sent me on my way. I would NEVER, EVER go to him again, even if no other Dr. is available. Shame on Mercy Health for NOT making him clean up his act or teaching him proper protocol. Even his assistant Lisa was rude. She didn't smile and acted as though she didn't want to be there. I assume the attitude of that Dr. permeates his entire staff. People who don't like their jobs should do something else!
