He was very helpful and caring. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone who is having pain problems.

He could have cared less about how I felt, and seemed very cold. Don't think he had reviewed any of my records. No empathy. Openly lied to me. I had to change to him from his associate because my doctor went out of my network. Unfriendly on first visit, I was in a lot of pain, which he ignored. Wanted to see me in 2 wks, another $45.00. Did urine test on this visit, when I came back in 2 wks he said my last urine had spilled, and needed another, lie, I called the lab they verified they got it, was clean, plus my insurance was charged. Infuriates me because we as pain patients are held to such a high standards of honesty and the doctors are just holding us hostage because of our needs, and then collecting our money ever how many times they want to have us back. On top of that I requested my records, just to find that at least a third of it was wrong, and of course this has to go to another doctor. Well I could go on and on, he's not the only one, I am so disappointed in the way the… whole medical system screwed me up to start with, and then to deal with this bla, bla, bla!

The office itself was a very nice place and the staff at reception was courteous and helpful. I was hurt on the job and have be living with pain for some time now. Upon meeting Dr. Thornhill, he seemed frazzled and anxious and immediately disregarded any previous doctors notes and findings and only focused on an out of date MRI - His methods of discovery when physically touching poking and prodding were painful and his empathy and understanding of my injuries were unprofessional and rude. I will never be seen by this doctor again, and would ride a hundred miles to see someone else or just live with the pain, as he provided a very minimal and basic direction for my recovery and didn't seem to care if it was the right solution for me or not. Buyer beware.
