I would leave 0 stars if I could. Dr Pacheco spoke with a very condescending tone and was extremely dismissive of my concerns. I have been seeing doctors for the last 5 months trying desperately to find the source of my digestive issues because I am in pain every day and cannot eat a full meal without intense discomfort. I’m losing weight without trying, I’m constantly exhausted from lack of nutrition, and am experiencing esophageal spasms after meals that make it feel difficult to breathe. After barely listening to my symptoms, she told to consider that I might have anxiety. I have already been diagnosed with and treating my for anxiety for years, so I am well aware of how anxiety affects me. I also know exactly how stomach/chest pain feels when it is a result of anxiety. I have NEVER experienced stomach discomfort like this, especially not discomfort that is constant. If you want a doctor who takes you seriously, listens to your concerns and makes helpful suggestions on treating the… problem see another doctor. You won’t find that with her.

When telling her my opinions of meds. and asking her opinion of the same meds. she cut me short and ask me if I was a Health Care Professional. When I said no, she said, I just want to make sure, if you were then we could talk the lingo. She left me on meds that I felt were not helping me right and put me on meds that I had before and had bad reactions to. When pointing that out to her she said, it's just a small dose. I am allergic to iodine and she ordered me a CT scan with the iodine in it anyway, along with then having to put me on a steroid and benadril prep. I was so upset that i will never go back to her again. She was flip, arrogant, and rude. It seemed she dose not like people who ask questions or seem to know what they might be talking about. With what she was giving me as meds., I think she didn't care if they hurt me, instead of help me!
