I agree with the other reviewers on here in that the doctor was extremely condescending in regard to me and the questions I asked. She seemed more concerned with making sure I paid than addressing my concerns. Avoid this doctor.

Dr. Cyd Williams: Extremely poor bedside manner! One of the worst experiences I have ever had with an OB/GYN

I scheduled an appt with Dr. Williams because my regular doc did not have an opening for a month so I elected to go with the Dr with the first avail appointment, this was Dr.williams and now I know why. She seemed irritated to have to see me and barely let me get a word in to tell her what symptoms I was experiencing and why I made the appointment. She did not tell me what she was about to do while she proceeded the examination. I will never make an appointment with her again even if I have to wait 2 months for an open appointment with my regular doctor.

I would stay away for this one. It is quite apparent that she doesn't care at all about the health or wellbeing of her patients. I would give zero stars if possible.

The overall rating of 1.5 out of 4 is a bit generous. As the other reviewers have mentioned, Dr. Williams has EXTREMELY poor bedside manner and is very condescending. She has also failed to inform me of procedures that she intended to perform. I WOULD NOT recommend her as doctor/gyn.

The office staff was good. Dr. Williams has a horrible and sarcastic bedside manner which made me feel very uncomfortable. She made me feel as I was stupid for asking the questions I was asking. She basically was trying to get me out of the room and had no care for my concerns. After two visits of her just bypassing my concerns, I found a new practice and OB.

I was referred to her by a coworker. She is rude and a bit cold/cynical. She appears to be as smart lady, but her attitude is ver offputting. Given that people are generally already nervous at the doc, her rude and sarcastic behaviour made her visits unbearable...find another doc if you want real attention!

The office staff was phenomena; from the time of check-in to check-out. However, Dr. Cyd Williams offered no bedside manners. This was my first time meeting this doctor and she hammered me with questions and visibly showed disbelief when I responded to some of the questions. For example, I told her I had not experienced "hot flashes" until now(2 years after surgery). She told me that was unusual with a disbelieving tone. And, who gets a physical and the doctor doesn't examine your breast. But, she made sure she told me I had a heart murmur-out of the blue. It was just an awful experience and would not recommend a four legged-animal to her and certainly not a person. Perhaps she was having a bad day; but, she hurt my feelings so badly until I was in tears and asked if I had done something wrong. She was out of order.

Dr. Williams has been my gyn doctor for over 10 years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with her. She performed my fibroid removal surgery and stopped by to check on me each day that I was in the hospital. I have referred a number of my friends to her, and each one of them had continued to keep Dr. Williams as their gyn doctor.

I went to this doctor for many years. I had to have an in office procedure. It was painful and she was rude saying that it was all my fault that it was painful. I fell I should have been told this would be painful and provided medication to handle the pain. I've had the same procedure at another doctor and there was no pain.
