Dr. Cydney N West, DO

She was listed as my son's PCP for several years, but he could never get an appointment with her. He was shoved off on to other doctors as he would complain of stomach aches, throwing up and diarrhea, which no one seemed to care. He was finally diagnosed as having diabetes after his family figured it out. They gave him Metformin and sent him away. Now he's on new insurance and going thru New West Physicians and they find his blood sugar over 500 and uncontrolled! He's been in the ER twice and is now on insulin! Thank God he switch doctors! Saved his Life!!

Dr. West has been my pcp for 6 years. She is very caring and kind. She talks to you like a friend and really cares about her patients. She has a great sense of humor too. I would recommend her to anyone :)

I like Dr. West so much that I moved with her when she relocated her practice. Everything has been fine until recently. The staff made a series of mistakes regarding my medicine. They got the dosage wrong, sent it in to the wrong pharmacy, and repeatedly failed to fax an approval to my pharmacy. I had to go without medication for a month. When I complained, I was told, "Every time I have to call you it takes time out of my day."

Ok, so I had a few health issues, but hadn't seen a doctor in years and was really dreading it. A co-worker told me about Dr West. I finally called, and they were able to get me in to see her the next day! Dr West didn't lecture me, as I'd feared, but she gave me a thorough exam, a few tests, and samples of one pill that managed three of my problems. I feel human again. She is so Amazing! She takes care of our whole family now.

I've seen Cydney West, MD for approximately 5 years and she's amazing, every time. In addition, her office staff reflects her leadership, with smiles, laughter and helpful, positive attitudes!

Great care. Even for minor health issues, Dr. West has a plan and follows through until there is resolve. Thanks
