Dr. Cynthia Blain Bettinger, MD

I started seeing Dr. Bettinger when she first started in practice or soon after she started her practice. I liked her very much and stayed with her until she left her practice on Hull St. Rd. I would like to go back to her. She was always kind, caring and listened to me.

Dr. Cynthia Bettinger's bedside manner is poor. She rushed through my first visit, checking her watch at one point. She got mad when I refused to take the cholesterol medicine she wanted to prescribe. She got mad when I asked her if I could go one year before coming back for blood work to get my blood pressure medicine renewed instead of the 6 months she wanted me back. I told her I take great care of myself by exercising 3 hours each day and eat healthy, she dismissed that. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone and in fact, I will tell everyone what kind of doctor she is.

I had just started going to her. She began changing my medicine and before I could go back she was gone with no notice to the patients. If you can't trust your doctor who can you trust? I would not recommend for this reason.
