Dr. Chen is thorough and efficient. She is a good listener, and has an excellent bedside manner, inspires confidence. i highly recommend her.

She made world class care feel like world class don't care. Several appointments were canceled. Once, they failed to cancel the appointment & when I showed up they let me know she wasn't in & that there was no one covering. She incorrectly cited my "history" without bothering to glance at her notes. She misplaced/lost the pathology report I had given her. I gave up.

Not only a gifted doctor, but delightful as well. Always seen exactly on time - or, if not - a few minutes early! Caring and gives you a full picture about your condition and an honest opinion about what can be done.

I was very disappointed by Dr Chen's service. It took her less than 1 minute to examine my entire body for any malignancy. She didn't even bother to look close to areas which I indicated close examination was required. Her explanations were general and nor thorough. She also put me on a spot by bringing a medical student into the room without prior warning

Professional and very attentive to patients needs.

Dr. Chen was the most impersonal and unfriendly physician my family or I have met. Our two teenage children went to her for a dermatologic exam and her first statement was that they didn't require a skin exam even though their father had malignant melanoma. She didn't ask them their names and didn't introduce herself. She spent less that 9 minutes combined for both of their exams and charged over $1000. She is an embarrassment to the practice of medicine.
