Dr. Cynthia Lynne Dilauro, MD

Apparently they removed my prior review. This place is an absolute joke. Wait way past your appointment time, then I had to call, leave voicemails, message the office, call corporate to message the office, file a BBB complaint, file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General (to which none of these things did they respond) to get my blood work uploaded to the portal. My blood work was never verbally discussed, therefore service was not fully rendered and they billed me the full amount. I had the billing office contact the doctor about the bill and she refused to reduce it even though she never completed the service. I am now filing a complaint against her medical license. Stay far away from this practice.

The wait time at this Dr.s office is unacceptable. She needs to show more care when scheduling appointments. Very disappointed with the entire appointment because she is very ditzy and forgetful. Will not go back!

Dr. Dilauro routinely makes her patients wait for extended periods of time to see her. I will bring my family member in to be seen only to wait at least an hour and a half and sometimes up to 3 hours in the waiting room and then wait up to an hour in the room before seeing Dr. Dilauro. She has no time management and either over schedules too many patients and/or spends way too much time chatting rather than addressing issues with her patients. I have tried talking with her staff about this but they just shake their heads and apologize. She too doesn't want to hear or fix this issue. Unfortunately I have to bring my family member in who has seen Dr. Dilauro "too long to change Dr.s" so I have to continously wait too at this Dr.s office. While she is a pleasant woman she should really show more care and concern for her many and mostly elderly patients who should not be sitting for hours in her office waiting to be seen.

I know sometime0s it can be a lengthy wait I always y appts early in the morning! Dr. Cindy has always had the utmost respect for me and she genuinely cares about her patients. She has gone above and beyond for me! I'll never want another doctor!! She is one of a kind!! Love u doc Cindy!??

I waited over 2 hours past my appointment before I was even taken back to a room. Next time I'm gonna call to see if she is running behind (90% of the time she is) and just not arrive on time since her office doesnt respect my time.

I have been to Dr Dilauro approximately 4 times. 1 time they didn't have me on the schedule. 2 times I waited over an hour and then spent approximately 5-10 minutes with her. I will be finding another doctor.

I called and had made an appt with the psychiatrist...at least that’s what I was told. When I arrived they were already over an hour behind on appts. Once I was taken back the assistant asked me if my appointment was for a follow up. I told her no I had never been to this dr before. Come to find out that they scheduled me with the internal medicine dr. She asked me multiple times who scheduled my appointment. I did not remember who scheduled it. She took me to the check out desk and tell them that I was scheduled with the wrong dr. Then to find out the psychiatrist was not taking new patients. When I asked for my deductible to be reimbursed (I paid before seeing the dr), they told me they did not know how to credit it back to my card. My experience there was horrible. They were not pleasant to the patients that were coming in either.

Overbooked & excessive waiting. Did not seem knowledgeable about medical issues or listen to my concerns

I have never been to a practice that treats their patients so poorly. Not only is the office staff extremely rude and unfriendly but they are down right disrespectful. They have no respect for the patients time. I used to see dr Dilauro every 3 months and had to wait between 2-3 hours every time and then she spends 5 minutes in the room writing my prescription and she is on her way. Several times she wrote my prescription wrong and I had to drive the 25 min to the office to get it fixed and never once was there even an apology! This last time I was. There I had waited over 2.5 hours and my phone died while I was sitting in the room. I went out to charge it in my car for literally 3 minutes so I could call the client I had an appointment with for work to tell them I would have to reschedule and then I promptly went right back in, as I was walking in the witch at the front desk told me I "better hurry up because the dr just walked in the room" I better hurry up???? I had been waiting for… over 2.5 hours! This place is unbelievable and when walking out of the last appointment the scheduler asked when do I want to schedule my next appointment for, I laughed and said I would never under any circumstance return to this office and if you are smart you would do the same!

Sadly, not worth your time. Find a real Dr.
