Dr. Cynthia Marie Frane, MD

Dr. Frane is very attentive and takes the time to understand and help you with what you need. I have been going to her for probably 15 years and she has never rushed me, she always takes the time to listen, and she asks questions to further understand.

Dr. Frane always makes me feel valued and important, answers my questions thoroughly and follows up with her patients.

She used to be very easy to get along with. I see bipolar behavior now.

Dr. Frane is an excellent physician. I have been going to her for about 11 years. Although my appointments usually start late, I don't complain because she always takes her time and never makes me feel rushed. She's great with kids, too! The staff and nurses there are wonderful, too, and get me whatever info I request ASAP.

My wife has been seeing Dr. Frane for years. Dr Frane has gotten progressively less caring. She is at the point now that she will not call to answer a simple question about a change she made to a prescription. She is hiding behind her office staff and insists that she will only speak to my wife during an office visit. The office visit costs us $115.00 out of pocket. I am flabbergasted by the arrogance of someone portraying herself as caring. I am so frustrated I do not know how to proceed.
