Dr. Cynthia Ellen Gannon, MD

I read other comments and I have no idea why people seem to be giving her such a bad time. When I went to see her she was honest and very good at her job. She addressed my concerns and eased them. Dr. Gannon may not be the warmest person I've met but she's among the most professional. She didn't rush me and spent her time going through everything to make sure that I understood.

Bed side manner is terrible. She berated me because my blood pressure was high, though I see my doctor regularly. As if I had neglected to get medical care. I came in for a sinus infection (which I've had previously). Her exam was non-existent and she falsified my medical record. She rated my headache an "8 and constant" when she never asked me. She briefly put light pressure above and below my eyes, never asking if it caused pain (which it did), then documented it was non- painful! She was confrontational and unpleasant. I would never see her again and intend to file a formal complaint. By the way, she put nothing on my recommendation regarding follow up for my blood pressure after scolding me. She should not have a medical license.

Her actions at the VA in Fort Wayne and Marion led to the deaths of our nation's veterans. Stay away from her like grim death. She got canned at the VA. If you get removed from the VA, that should be a red flag since only 2% of doctors want to work there.

I saw her at the Fort Wayne VA. Didn’t address my concerns, and wanted to pull me off my medications. Tried giving her a second chance. Terrible mistake. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I saw her at the VA facility in Fort Wayne. It was my initial visit with her and I have very specific concerns. She dismissed those concerns saying it wasn't anything to worry about and she was more worried about a little cold I had. Well I went to a different doctor a couple weeks later turns out the concerns I had were actually something serious. I will NEVER see her again.
