Dr. Cynthia Lee Hall, DO

I only went to Dr. Hall because I don't have insurance and she's "affordable" for the Valley. I wasted my time and money by going to see her. Her bedside manner is practically nonexistent. She spent the majority of our first appointment talking about her parents and making me mildly uncomfortable. On our second appointment, she actually said to me "I don't know who you've been sleeping with, but...", when I had told her I was in a monogamous partnership. She misdiagnosed me not once, not twice, but THREE times. All she did was throw prescriptions at me. I had bad reactions to all of them, not surprising since she had misdiagnosed me each time. She offered to do an in-office biopsy, the set-up for which honestly looked like a scene from Saw. It's alarming for a patient to see a dirty bottle of Iodine wrapped in saran wrap and rubber bands. Thank god I said no to the biopsy, since she had MISDIAGNOSED me. This woman shouldn't be practicing medicine. Go to Planned P and see a real Dr.

Dr. Hall listened to my concerns and responded with a level of expertise and caring that erased all of my anxiety about upcoming surgery and ongoing bleeding disorder. I can't believe how good I feel after being treated. Highly recommended to any woman who appreciates a socialy touch. I know I'm not easy. :)

I started seeing her after finding out about a post cancer unexpected pregnancy in 2012. Based on my medical history, she didn't hesitate to send me to a fetal specialist to do more advanced monitoring and was tentative to any circumstances that may have popped up. In July, I delivered a 100% healthy baby, in an uncomplicated delivery and she has been awesome through the whole experience! Contrary to the other review, I found her to be a straight shooter, but certainly not insensitive! The staff gets to know you personally and she asks how scans and cancer follow up have gone since delivery.

I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years and believe that Dr. Hall and her staff failed me as a patient. I ended up miscarrying and was consoled by the nurse saying, "My dog died two weeks ago, I can relate." Following cytotec treatment I was in severe pain and waited 72 hours for Dr. Hall to respond to my multiple calls. I then underwent what Dr. Hall called an "old school back alley D&C". I found the bedside manner of Dr. Hall and her staff to be insensitive and lacking at best, especially given the sensitive nature of their job. I am hoping that by writing this the staff with obtain professional training on how to properly help patients through the grieving process. They made what was an already awful experience one I never, ever hope to go through again.
