Great doctor. She listens, very informative and she listens and addresses all your questions and concerns

Office staff is horrible, Nurse Ratchett is a rude, dry , and seems mad at the world. She is reason enough to stop me from seeing the Doctor any longer. No personality and doesn't belong working in any doctor's office.

Dr. Hamm is a very compassionate, caring physician...she has taken very good care of me for quite a few years and I shall continue to see her as long as she remains in practice.

My mother has been going to this doctor for a while and they are very unprofessional. Her receptionist Bonnie acts like shes the real doctor and chooses whether to let you see the dr or not based on what she thinks. She also tells you that you dont need certain medications regardless of your actual problems, even though she is not a doctor. The receptionist ruins this entire practice, even if the doctor wasnt already so lame. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Hamm is friendly, courteous and caring. She seems very knowledgeable and I like her very much and value her opinion. It is a drawback that her office doesn't include xray machine or lab but I would still give HER and A-1 excellent rating. However, her staff are hostile, negative, rude and don't get paperwork done right, the receptionist doesn't return calls and or give Dr. Hamm correct messages from patients and is always in a bad mood and she lets it show in her attitude and her treatment of patients. The nurse is no better than the receptionist. I hope Dr. Hamm finds out how awful her staff treats the patients soon or I'm going to be forced to find another doctor because the staff are making me miserable.

Dr. Hamm is an extremely knowledgeable, talented doctor. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She is by far one of the best doctors I've ever had to treat with for my numerous medical issues. She takes more than enough time to talk to me about any of my medical issues. She is extremely friendly and professional. However, I can't say the same about her office staff. I hate to think that I may have to change from such a wonderful doctor simply because I can't get what I need from the office staff. Phone calls are usually met with a busy signal or a voice mail, messages that are left are never returned, RX mishaps and missing paperwork take days of calling, leaving messages and begging someone to PLEASE take care of that matter before someone finally does take care of it. I understand that doctor's office's are busy, but when you have to beg advances of "life and death" med's from your pharmacist almost every month, sometimes for almost half of that month before your dr's office… staff will take the time to simply fax a RX over that's just laying in your file at their office, then things are getting a little ridiculous.
