I was in need of a new physician since my retired. It was hard to start my medical care with a new physician. Dr. Housel made me feel like I have been seeing her forever. She was easy to talk with, understanding and patient. I am so lucky I found her. Her staff all are very awesome and professional. The wait time was less than 5 minutes from the time I checked in, brought back to the exam room and saw Dr. Housel. This office is ran and managed like a well oiled machine. Very impressed and highly recommend! LOVE THIS OFFICE!!!

Very pleased that I changed my PCP to Dr. Housel. She is very easy to talk with, very responsive. She identified an issue that was not addressed with previous physician and has worked diligently to get things straightened out for me. The office staff in Washington Township is great - - again very responsive, friendly and efficient. She will be a great resource for me as I age and my health status changes. I highly recommend her.

Washington Primary Care is a top notch practice. The staff are all so excellent not to mention the phenomenal physician. They made me feel like I was part of their family. The kindness, compassion and concern they all portrayed during my illness is impeccable. I was nervous seeing a new physician and being a new patient but my mind was put at ease from the time I walked in. I knew I hit the jackpot in finding this office. The physician took her time to listen, she was down to earth and very caring. Her diagnosis was right on target. Thank you to all of you for such wonderful care! Dr. Housel is an amazing physician. I was having trouble with terrible wheezing and she got me in right away and took care of me. Her staff is amazing and always so kind and caring. They go above and beyond for their patients.

I can't say enough about Dr. Housel and her staff. She is so compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen. Her staff is all very friendly and they make you feel like family. I had some issues with my insurance company and Dr. Housel's manager took care of it immediately and encouraged me to call with any other issues. This is a well organized office. A patient is well taken care of.

Dr Housel is an excellent physician. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She answers all questions completely, and never acts rushed. She's great!

I would never recommend Dr. Houlsel. My elderly mother has been ill and getting worse for two weeks. The staff did not return her calls and refused to see her for another five days when she called in. The staff was rude and incompetent. They insisted they hadn't seen her in over a year, when she had just been in for a complete physical six months ago. Meanwhile my Mom is losing weight and getting weaker and the office was completely indifferent.
