I have been using Dr. Lassiter for about 30 years She is so knowledgeable and compassionate I think she is the best

After my first visit, I felt very pushed to do exactly what she recommended, exactly when she said do it. She put me on medication I was uncertain of, and recommended a vaccine that I was also uncertain of. Rather than educating me to a great extent she said, “my kids took it, I think everyone should, even boys.” Her NP is also very pushy. My follow up visit I questioned both the RN and NP to no extent, and once Lassiter came in my room. She quickly did the minor procedure, said, “take care.” And left fast. It was as if she did not want any type of questioning to her practice or confrontation. Personally, as a young lady, I want an OB/GYN to be someone I can connect with, and TRUST throughout childbearing day’s etc. NOT satisfied, looking for another Doc.

I used her and never will I again. She is rude and the most unprofessional doctor I've ever met. She told me if a natural birth is what I wanted then she is not delivering and I could call my Mother in law (who is a lay midwife) to come do it. Horrible. horrible. horrible. She did not listen to any of my wishes and tried to talk down to me because i am younger. I'd rather have my child in a car than to ever be seem by this woman again.

Very disappointed. Did not listen and did not follow up with test results.

I went to Dr. Lassiter when I was younger and lived in the Birmingham area. I moved away and when I moved to North Alabama and found out she has a practice here that she comes to I was thrilled. The way she talks to you makes you feel like you are the only patient she has for that day and I like that. I would recommend her to any woman that is looking for a strong, Christian female OB/GYN. She's the best in my book.

Dr. Lassiter is wonderful. She has a great bedside manner and always makes me feel at ease. I have been seeing her for at least 10 years and won't switch unless I move!
